HOW DOES VPS MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WORKS?

VPS are on monthly subscription and always paid in advance and will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW every month as per your initial VPS order form date. 

 

You can cancel the VPS subscription anytime. You need to inform us on the Whatsapp Support group to CANCEL the subscription. At the cancellation time the remaining dues need to be cleared or we will refund whatever the case maybe. Please make sure you take all the data from VPS server before cancellation as the VPS will be destroyed.

Please note your initial VPS order form date as your VPS invoice will be sent every Month on same date to the email address given on this order form. Invoice will contain Payment Instructions as well.  So for example if you ordered VPS initially on 14th August than 14th September you will receive an invoice automatically.

NON PAYMENT OF RECURRING MONTHLY INVOICE

Any RECURRING MONTHLY INVOICE NOT PAID within 48 hours VPS will shutdown automatically. 

After that further 72 hours VPS will be kept and if payment not made VPS will be destroyed automatically. Once VPS destroyed all data will be lost and IP address also. Please note this is AUTOMATIC SYSTEM therefore please do the needful.

1. If you have filled the form between 9AM-11:00AM than the delivery of the VPS server will be usually same day. If you have filled the form after 11:00AM delivery of the VPS server will be next day. Once you submit the form it takes us normally 4-5 hours to deliver the VPS to you depending on VPS Country location and demand so please do provide delivery time on the form taking this into account and your availability. Please note Saturday after 4:30 PM and Sunday (all day) we don't deliver VPS. LAST VPS DELIVERY TIME IN RAMADHAN WILL BE 16:00PM SO PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE 16:30 PM & 17:00 PM TIMESLOTS.

2. LITE PACKAGE USERS ONLY Please make a BRAND NEW GMAIL ID so that we can SEND HACKER Security Reports through that GMAIL ID from your VPS server. Brand New GMail Email and Password (encrypted) will be stored on VPS server hence for security purposes we need NEW GMAIL ID not existing Gmail ID. We need this for sending reports out only, you can receive reports on any email address that you regularly check. We will need this information to deliver your Lite VPS otherwise delivery will be delayed. For ADVANCE PACKAGE USERS we will use our own GMAIL ID. Our Team at the time of the delivery will show you the SECURITY REPORTS and it will clarify the requirement of GMAIL ID so don't worry if you don't understand this now.

3. FILLING FORM ON SOMEONE'S BEHALF AS A VIRTUAL AGENT. Please fill the form with the main customer details who will pay. Please put your name and address details in Comments box.

4. Once you have filled the below form. Please confirm on WhatsApp Group you have filled the form & payment submitted. Lite user also confirm they made new GMAIL ID and submitted.

5. Our Team will than contact you for scheduling VPS delivery time once the form is received and payment is confirmed from the bank.

FULFILL THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE DELIVERY TIME 

1. Your Laptop/Desktop should have Microsoft Remote Desktop software installed to connect to VPS. Windows Users: If you have Windows Laptop/desktop than you already have the software installed as part of Windows so no need to worry.  Just open Run from start menu or search bar and type mstsc.exe and press enter. Mac Users: If you are a Mac user than you would need to install the software from MAC App Store.

2. Please note you need to download AnyDesk Windows or AnyDesk Mac on your computer desktop so that our team can connect to it. Once downloaded locate and run the AnyDesk.exe file from the location where you saved it by double-clicking the Icon. When you run AnyDesk on the left side you will see a number underneath "This Desk: Your Desk can be accessed with this address". At Delivery time our team will ask you to give us your AnyDesk number and we can then establish the connection with your Computer System.

AT DELIVERY TIME

1. Please note at delivery time our team will go through a checklist with you so that you can connect successfully to your VPS using Microsoft Remote Desktop software.

2. Our Team will than add you to WhatsApp Support group so you can raise support issues moving forward.
