Question 1: What are your Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages?

Answer: We have below 2 packages across any countries that we deliver VPS.

2. Advance Security Package with Backup

Question 2: Is the VPS shared with anyone else?

Answer: VPS is not shared with anyone else. It's dedicated to you and you have a dedicated IP address for the country you requested VPS to be in. You can use it just like your personal laptop/desktop.

Question 3: What is the difference between Lite and Advance Security Package with Backup?

Answer: Lite and Advance Packages hardware and Operating Systems are the same as above. The only difference is in security. See below detail comparison between the packages.

Lite Security Package Details

• Our Support Helpdesk is in Karachi, Pakistan and are just a phone call away or on Whatsapp. 

• We use NVME SSD Hard Drives which Are 5 times faster than normal SSD and give increase performance.

• Windows is Fully Updated with Microsoft Security patches and comes with up-to-date Windows Defender Antivirus definitions when server is delivered to yourself. Later it's your responsibility to manage it in case you are on our Advance Security package where we do this for you.

• You will receive a daily email Report of Last 24 Hours Wrong/Bad Password Attempts done by Hackers on your VPS to your specified email address. This tells you any brute force password attacks are being done by HACKERS on your VPS server and it acts like a camera and you can see who was at your door/gate and tried to break on to your VPS. The report shows time it happened, which username was attacked and from which IP the attack was done.

• You will receive a daily email Report of Login and Logout of your VPS Server to your specified email address. This acts like an attendance machine and tells you who came in with correct password and who went out and at what time. So it provides record of your login/logout on VPS. With this report and the Last 24 Hours Wrong/Bad Password Attempts report you can check whether your VPS is hacked or compromised if there is an anomaly.

• We change default Remote Desktop Protocol(RDP) Port to another port to secure VPS. This is the least method of securing RDP but not a complete RDP protection. For complete protection see information on Advance Package.

• Windows Firewall is Lockdown completely and just Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) port is opened on internet. So no other ports are opened besides RDP port from outside Internet when we hand your VPS server to you.This is basically just like your house windows and other back doors are completely sealed and only ONE main door is allowed for coming in and going out and it has a lock on it and the key is your username and password.

• We have given you the basic tools to alert you at the right time and have secured the VPS as mentioned above when we do the handover of the VPS to yourself. After delivery of the VPS to yourself Security is your responsibility. If you need continuous VPS Security management by our Engineers than go for Advance Security Package.

Advance Security Package Details

• All of the Lite Package features are included.

• Your VPS is FULLY managed by our Experts in Pakistan which are just a phone call away or on Whatsapp. 

• We give you 2 DAYS complete VPS Backup. So if a disaster happens you can recover from it.

• Security (Patching) Continuously: Our Team will check and do the regular Microsoft Security patches and Windows Defender Antivirus Definitions updates for you on your VPS so it's one less headache for yourself.

• Layer 7 Firewall (Not Windows Inbuilt Firewall): We place you VPS server behind a Layer 7 Firewall. We can scan incoming and outgoing traffic plus can do Web Filtering as per your requirements. With this solution in place we can restrict access of your VPS servers to your Country or ISP etc. This means that your VPS is not wide open on internet to hackers in Russia, China, etc. You can use Multiple Countries, Multiple ISP restrictions as per your requirements. • Malware Protection: We use a combination of 2 different tools Cisco based DNS web filtering plus Layer 7 firewall web filtering to block malicious websites to protect your severs from Malware.

• Internet Use Password Restricted: Internet use can be further protected on your VPS Servers with an additional username and password (if required) so unidentified applications or browser plugins can't use unattended internet.

• VPS Port Scanning: Our Team will do Regular Port Scanning to protect and defend your VPS from hacking.

Question 4: Can you upgrade from Lite to Advance Security Package with Backup?

Answer: Yes, you can upgrade from Lite to Advance Security Package later if you need to. The IP address will remain same as before upgrade. You will need to give us downtime to do this change as our engineers will need to do technical activity to achieve this upgrade.

Question 5: Do you offer trial VPS?

Answer: We give VPS on trial basis for 24 hours and only for UK location. You can check performance of our VPS even if you are looking for VPS in other countries besides UK as the hardware specification are same across all countries. Please don't use trial VPS to make or access Amazon Account as the VPS has been used by others on trial basis. Please contact us for trial.

Question 6: How does VPS Monthly Subscription works and how do I make monthly VPS payment? 

Answer: VPS are on monthly subscription and always paid in advance and will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW every month as per your initial VPS order form date until you CANCEL. You need to inform us on the Whatsapp Support group to CANCEL the subscription otherwise it remains ACTIVE. 

 

You can cancel the VPS subscription anytime. At the cancellation time the remaining dues need to be cleared or we will refund whatever the case maybe. Please make sure you take all the data from VPS server before cancellation as the VPS will be destroyed.

Please note your initial VPS order form date as your VPS invoice will be sent every Month on same date to the email address given on order form. Invoice will contain Payment Instructions as well.  So for example if you ordered VPS initially on 14th August than 14th September you will receive an invoice automatically. 

 

Question 7:  Can we cancel VPS service for a few months and than resume VPS service?

Answer: Once VPS service is cancelled your VPS will be destroyed. After few months if you resume VPS service that will be a new Service with a new order form and you will get a new IP address on your VPS. Using a new IP address is not an issue with Amazon as long as the IP belongs to the country where your Amazon account is. Please consult your mentors for any changes like this as we are just a VPS provider.

Question 8: What are your VPS Prices, how to order and VPS delivery time frame?
